An internationally celebrated chef, Sanjeev Kapoor is among the biggest culinary stars in the world. Sanjeev hosted a cooking show on Zee TV for over 17 years, which was broadcast in more than 120 countries and reached more than 500 million viewers worldwide. Sanjeev currently has fourteen restaurants, divided into two different concepts: the high-end Khazana restaurants and the casual Yellow Chilli restaurants. Sanjeev has authored more than 36 books, which have sold over 10 million copies. In 2011, his first U.S. book, How to Cook Indian: More Than 500 Classic Recipes for the Modern Kitchen, was published by Stewart, Tabori and Chang. In 2012, he launched his own TV network, FoodFood.
