Doug Psaltis

As part of the Lettuce Entertain You team, Doug Psaltis is the Chef and Partner of the successful Chicago eateries: RPM Italian (with Bill and Giuliana Rancic), Paris Club Bistro and Bub City; as well as the upcoming Ramen-San, RPM Steak, and RPM Italian in DC.  As a chef, he has run some of the most prestigious kitchens in the world and was the opening chef for Alain Ducasse’s Mix in New York City. He won a Michelin star as the Executive Chef of Country restaurant; had his memoir, The Seasoning of a Chef, published before he was 30-years old; has been written about in numerous publications, including features in The New York Times; and, has made many appearances on Style Network’s “Giuliana & Bill.”
